Cancellation Policy
One of Time to Talk’s goals is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner.Any appointments missed, late cancelled , or changed without the appropiate notice time will incur the following charges:
- There is no cancellation fee for sessions cancelled 48 hours priort to appointment.
- A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable to cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of appointment.
- 100% cancellation fee is applicable to cancellations made on the day of appointment.
