Cancellation

One of Time to Talk’s goals is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner. Any appointments missed, late cancelled, or changed without the appropriate notice time will incur the following charges:

  • There is no cancellation fee for sessions cancelled 48 hours priort to appointment. 
  • A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable to cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of appointment. 
  • 100% cancellation fee is applicable to cancellations made on the day of appointment.
