Language pyramid shows the building blocks of language development disorder. Children need to develop skills in each of the different areas shown in order to communicate. Communication problems of any kind, however mild, will certainly lead to isolation, frustration and an inability to fully integrate into society. Children will have a harder time making friends and fitting into nursery or school. Every child should be given the opportunities to reach their communication potential.
